# Get a snapshot of headline KPIs

GET https://staging.cail.health/v1/analytics/summary

Returns the headline operations metrics for the operator’s organisation: completed-session count, average satisfaction, A&E diversion rate, average navigation time, and provider utilisation. Suitable for the top tile of a dashboard.
