What a first conversation looks like
A 45-minute discovery call covering:
- The population or network you serve and the use cases that matter most.
- Your current access, routing, or directory stack, and where it falls short.
- The data and reporting you need today and the gaps you would like to close.
- Implementation constraints (timeline, integration surfaces, identity, jurisdiction).
You leave the call with a written summary of fit, a sketch of what a pilot would look like, and clear next steps. No deck.
What a pilot looks like
A bounded engagement scoped to one region, service line, or branch group, instrumented end to end:
- The first care pathway or routing flow is authored with your clinical or operations leadership.
- The provider or facility feed is connected and verified.
- The end-user experience is reviewed and signed off before launch.
- Operational dashboards and alerts are configured before the first session runs.
- Outcomes are measured against agreed targets from day one.
A typical pilot runs eight to twelve weeks from kickoff to operational rollout.
